UF AND SANTA FE COLLEGE MAY 2026 GRADUATION
Embers will begin taking reservations for 2026 Spring Graduation on Sunday, February 1st, 2026. Please call and leave a voice message. Messages will be returned Monday, February, 2nd.
Voice message is not a reservation. Reservations will be confirmed by our staff and reserved with a credit card hold.
Spring graduation dates are Thursday, April 30 – Monday, May 4th.
Embers will have extended lunch hours Saturday, May 2nd and will be open Sunday, May 3rd.
Please review the information below and have your credit card ready to hold your reservation.
There is a no-show fee/ no cancellation fee of $25 per person.
Below is a sample Menu. This will be the only menu offered for both Embers and Spark.
Corkage Fee is $50. Limit one bottle.
We are an award-winning restaurant with multiple Sommeliers.
We have extensive wines, spirits and champagnes available.
No outside desserts. Please order one of our chef prepared cakes, 72 hours in advanced.
