Embers will begin taking reservations for 2025 Spring Graduation on

Monday, February 3rd, 2025. 

Thursday, May 1st – Sunday, May 4th

Please review the information below and have your credit card ready to hold your reservation. 

There is a no show fee/ no cancellation fee of $25 per person.

Below is a sample Menu. This will be the only menu offered for both Embers and Spark.

Corkage Fee is $50. Limit one bottle.

We are an award-winning restaurant with multiple Sommeliers.  

We have extensive wines, spirits and champagnes available.

No outside desserts. Please order one of our chef prepared cakes, 72 hours in advanced.

Our Graduation Celebration Menu will be the only menu offered in Embers and Spark.
